• 3 Bedroom Suites + Bungalow Suites: (12 units) 209m² – Spacious suites with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom, and ensuite or adjacent bathrooms. Bungalow suites include a private front garden and plunge pool. (Max 6 guests)
• 3 Bedroom Villas + Beach Villa: (20 units) 312m² or 336m² – Our most luxurious option, featuring a king-size bed, queen-size bed, twin beds, ensuite bathrooms, a private plunge pool (Beach Villa only), and expansive living areas. (Max 6 guests)

Special Offers & Discounts (Excluding Peak Season):

• Low Season Special: Stay 4-7 nights, get 1 night free (accommodation only).
• Extended Stay Discounts:
  • 25% off for stays of 8-14 nights
  • 30% off for stays of 15-27 nights

Transfers (One-Way, Up to 5 People, Subject to Change):

Booking Information:

• Deposit: 50% deposit required to confirm booking.
• Full Payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • 35-25 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee
  • Less than 25 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
