As the only guest accommodation on the incredible 20,000-acre Mutara Conservancy, bordering Ol Pejeta Conservancy, you'll be immersed in a world of iconic wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and personalized service.

  • Wildlife Hotspot: The location provides access to Ol Pejeta's exceptional wildlife, including Kenya's largest Black Rhino population, substantial elephant numbers, and diverse predators (cheetahs, lions, leopards).

Accommodations:

  • Limited Capacity: Mutara Camp is intentionally intimate, offering only 15 luxurious tents.
  • Tent Features:
    • Bedding: A mix of double beds (13) and twin beds (2) are available, all equipped with electric blankets for warmth.
    • Outdoor Relaxation: Six tents feature private outdoor bathtubs, while one boasts an outdoor Jacuzzi for an elevated experience.
    • Living Space: Each tent incorporates a separate living room area, which can be adapted to include additional sleeping space for up to two children (single beds).
    • Private Views: All tents have private balconies to maximize enjoyment of the surrounding scenery.
  • Amenities:
    • Self-Sufficiency: Water and self-service facilities are readily available.
    • Personal Care: Bathrooms are equipped with magnifying mirrors (with lighting) and hair dryers.
    • Security: In-room safes are provided for the safekeeping of valuables.
    • Connectivity: Telephone and Wi-Fi access are available in all tents.

    • Veranda Vantage: Guests can observe wildlife directly from their tent verandahs, which overlook a waterhole that attracts animals, especially during the dry season.
