Family Policy
Children up to 3 years old stay free when sharing with parents.
Children aged 4-12 sharing with parents: Ksh. 1,000 per night.
Children aged 4-12 in their own room: 75% of adult rate.
Meals for children aged 4-12 are offered at 50% of the meal price, and children under 3 eat free.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due at least 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation
General Terms
Cancellation policy applies from noon of the arrival date.
All charges include applicable taxes.
Standard Reservations (1-2 nights)
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date.
Late cancellation or no-show: 100% of the first night including taxes will be charged.
Extended Stay Reservations (3+ nights)
Requires 14 days cancellation notice.
If cancelled 7-13 days prior to arrival date: 80% of total stay including taxes will be charged.
If cancelled 48 hours to 6 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total stay including taxes will be charged.
If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date or no-show: 100% charge will apply inclusive of taxes.
Group Reservations (4+ rooms)
Short Stay (1-4 nights)
If cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: 100% equivalent to 1-night stay is chargeable.
If cancelled 3-5 days prior to arrival: 60% of the nightly rate applicable per bed night is chargeable.
Extended Stay (5+ nights)
Requires 14 days cancellation notice.
If cancelled 7-13 days prior to arrival date: 80% of total stay including taxes will be charged.
If cancelled 48 hours to 6 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total stay is chargeable.
If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date or no-show: 100% charge will apply inclusive of taxes.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
